Roof washing in Monroe, Ga

This job was closed after knocking on this clients door. He knew that his roof should be black on one side and didn’t know what to do about it. I informed him that with one of our roof washes, it will be brand new again. He was immediately interested and ready to proceed. He knew that you couldn’t pressure wash a roof, so he knew that softwashing was the way to go. I got out there that next week to begin this job in Monroe Ga. I unloaded my equipment, put tarps on the plants, and began to clean. This was a white roof so the results were stunning. Most roofs only half the roof is covered in black streaks, but for this one the entire roof was covered. After I let it dry and addressed the missed spots I gave it another look and it was done. Just needs a little rain to rinse off the solution and it will be good as new. This client was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I used my southern drawl surfactant, plant protectant, and pressure washing skid to complete this job. Sweetwater Softwash did it again!
