We saw Sweetwater cleaning a neighbor's roof and decided to contact them as ours needed cleaning also. Andrew came immediately and gave us the estimate which we thought was very reasonable. They showed up on time and did the job as committed, in a safe and effective way. We were very pleased with not only the cleaning results but the professional and courteous manner it was done. He took precaution to protect the plants and landscape from the wash off and also cleaned up after the job. We strongly recommend this company.

Awesome job! We’ve been in our house almost 23 years and it looks almost new since our softwash. Andrew was at a neighbor’s house and we asked him to give us an estimate. He came over the same day and gave us a quote. We scheduled him right away and he came out within the next 2 days to do our house, driveway, walkway, porches, patio in the back and retaining wall. Everything is so clean and looks amazing. He also called the next day to make sure we were satisfied and offered to come back out if we felt he missed anything…which he didn’t. Very professional. Highly recommend!

I paid Andrew to clean our house roof and exterior siding. Andrew completely removed the roof stains and mildew from our house without doing any damage. After he left, I noticed a few chemical spots on a window after it had dried out. Andrew called me a day or two after the chemical cleaning to inquire about our satisfaction with his work. I told him about the few spots on one window, and he came over very quickly and washed the spots off of the window. My wife and I have been very impressed with Andrew's work and dedication.
