Roof Cleaning in Social Circle, GA

This customer came to us with a roof in need of cleaning. This specific roof was red, which makes the black streaks unbelievably noticeable. I knew before I started this job that there was going to be a night and day difference once complete. One major thing I had to be careful with was the vegetation. Taking care of the vegetation is crucial to a successful roof wash. To start this job off, I first used a chemical to protect the bushes and trees lying underneath the roof and gutters. Then I watered the bushes and shrubs down thoroughly. After that, I put the Softwash treatment onto the entire roof. I had to water the plants every 10-15 minutes to keep them healthy. After a short 20 minutes, the roof was dry enough for me to see what I had missed. I addressed the small streaks and then the roof cleaning was done. The final step was to rinse off all of the windows to make sure there was no overspray left on them. After that, I treated the plants again with a chemical to ensure they stay healthy after I leave. Once again, Sweetwater Softwash has another very pleased customer with a roof that looks better than new.
