Retaining wall Cleaning in Monroe Ga

This client came to us from Monroe ga after recovering a postcard mentioning the black streaks on his roof. After coming out to give him a quote, he wanted everything. House, roof, driveway, patio, retaining wall, and mailbox. I was thrilled to clean all of this for him. So I out there the next week. I unloaded my stuff and started on the concrete which took the longest. I put a treatment on the concrete to deter the algae from coming back as fast. Next I cleaned the house and roof. The house wash took a while simply because the house was relatively big. It really cleaned up and left a sparkling shine on the windows. I got the roof as the last part on the house. I put a thick treatment on the roof to eat away all of the algae and make it look like new again. Moving on to the retaining wall. This was a massive retaining wall and it was very dirty. Luckily I used a Softwash process to make quick work of this task. Between my Softwash solution and the southern drawl surfactant I use, this was perfect. I coated the wall thick with a solution and let it sit until all of the black algae was gone. I talked with the customer and he was so happy with all of the results. Another happy customer secured for Sweetwater Softwash.
