This client came to us after getting tired of looking at their roof covered in streaks. This client takes great care of their house and yard, but this roof was just awful. The streaks were on the front of the house so everyone who drove by immediately noticed them. After closing the job, we got out there within a few days. Once I got my before pictures, I then began the process. I coated the plants with a protectant, and then fixed my mixture for chemicals to go on the roof. This varies with how bad the streaks are. Then I watered down the bushes generously. After that, I coated the roof with the Softwash solution. One side at a time I coated and watered the bushes every 15-20 minutes. After a short 15 minutes, I could tell the streaks were gone. I went around the house and made sure I didn’t miss anything. I then cleaned my equipment and coated the bushes again with the protectant to reassure them nothing would happen to them after I left. I then talked with the customer and told him I would be back for pictures. I came back after a couple days and he was very satisfied and surprised that his roof came out so good.
