This client came to us with a huge Mansion in need of cleaning. This Mansion is called Magnolia Manor and it is a very historic mansion in Social Circle. This property needed everything we offer almost. The entire building, fences, and patios softwashed. Concrete and brick cleaned around entire property. I knew when I was done with this job, this would be a different mansion. The process begins for the softwashing. I got my plant protectant and coated all of the bushes. I then watered the plants. I started applying my solution to the building, fences, and patios one side at a time. Once I cleaned all of the wooden structures I moved on the the concrete and brick work. I applied the solution to the concrete and brick to kill the organics. I then took my surface cleaner and back and forth I went. The difference was unbelievable. It was slow but I was getting it done. Once I coated the bushes for a second time. I notified the customer that is was done and walked the property with him. He was extremely happy with the results and uses me for his future cleaning needs. Another very pleased customer for Sweetwater Softwash.
